A full reconstruction of Klapa Resort is being prepared in Pecatu, Bali.
Project update
A new resort, built on a real place
The ROYA Resort concept proposes a full reconstruction of Klapa Resort. The footage below shows the existing setting; architectural images elsewhere on this site illustrate the future concept. Current project documents are available during a personal consultation.
The first quarter of 2028 is the current public planning horizon, not a contractual completion date. Detailed milestones and current documents for a specific unit are shared personally.
